Get your business off spreadsheets.

Custom tools built around how your business actually runs. From small integrations through to substantial line-of-business systems, including the white-goods ERP I've previously built from the ground up.

Integration starter

Connect two systems so they talk properly. Website form → email list, POS → Xero, booking calendar → Google Calendar — that sort of thing. Quick wins, repeatable.

£495

Custom tool or dashboard

A focused internal app: stock tracker, job sheets, booking system for a single purpose, a dashboard pulling figures together. Built in Python and modern web tech.

from £1,495

Full custom system

Substantial line-of-business builds. Recent work in this space includes business-critical Python software for a growing white-goods retailer, plus a separate, standalone ERP I've built independently — sales, stock, routes, driver app and reporting. Bespoke quote after a paid discovery call (£195, redeemable against the project).

from £4,500

A proper business email.

Move off `yourshop@gmail.com` and onto something professional on your own domain. Set up properly the first time.

New email on your domain

First mailbox set up on Microsoft 365 with your business domain.

£125

Migration from another provider

Moving from Gmail, Outlook or another host. First user £195, then £45 per extra user.

from £195

Ongoing M365 licences

Microsoft's price passed through, plus £3 per user / month for management and support.

Microsoft + £3/user

Sensible answers.

Do all these prices include VAT?

No VAT to add. Skiddaw Digital isn't VAT-registered, so the prices you see are the prices you pay. (That changes once I'm trading near the £90k turnover threshold, but we'll cross that bridge later.)

How long does a website typically take?

Starter sites are usually two to three weeks from start to live. Standard four to six weeks. Premium and bespoke builds depend on scope — we'll agree a timeline up front and stick to it.

Do I have to take a care plan?

No, but you really should. A modern website needs hosting, SSL, security updates and someone keeping an eye on it. The alternative is finding a builder who'll charge you £200 the first time something breaks at the worst possible moment.

What if my project doesn't fit any of these?

Drop me a line. Custom software in particular is rarely identical from one job to the next — these prices are starting points and we'd sort a proper quote after a conversation.

Can you work with businesses outside Cumbria?

Yes, but Cumbrian businesses come first — that's the whole point of Skiddaw Digital. If you're nearby in the Lakes, West Cumbria, Eden Valley or the South Lakes, even better.

Ready when you are

Find the price you like. Then say hello.

A first conversation is always free and never a sales pitch. Tell me what you're trying to do, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
